Yesterday was the last day that i'm eating my favourite food (and yes, all unhealthy ones).
I'm left with no choice; Gonna get my health back again before any problem starts popping up which i predict it'll be real soon if i don't start exercising now.
Can't believe i can actually put on so much weight within these 2 years. Terrible.
All thanks to my super nice boss who kept stuffing us with good food.
Don't wanna get high blood pressue.. high sugar level.. high cholestrol.. at such a young age. NOo..
So, i'm just gonna reject all her kind intentions from tomorrow onwards..
i'm deeply sorry, boss.
Went to the newly-open gym in seng kang with bud today. And body is aching all over now after all the jogging, pulling and stretching. I reckon i'll be having a real good deep sleep tonight though. Dead tired.
And 42 kg is the way to go!; hopefully in 3 months' time. Gambatte!
- and that was my weight back in poly years then. =(MY TREAT FOR FAMILY @ SWENSEN'S TO KIND-OF CELEBRATE NATIONAL DAY.

AND DEAR MR JUN XIANG WILL ONLY LOOK FOR ME WHEN HE HAS GOT NO DATE AND DOESN'T FEEL LIKE STAYING AT HOME.

AND THE WAITER SURPRISED ME BY SAYING THAT THE CAPPUCCINO WAS NOT NICELY DONE AND REPLACED IT WITH THIS.

LUNCH AT YOSHINOYA AFTER GYM.
THIS WAS THE ONLY SET MEAL WHICH I FOUND IT TO BE THE MOST HEALTHY ONE AMONG ALL.
- AT LEAST IT WAS NOT FRIED.
A CUPPA AFTER THE MEAL WITH COUSIN AND BUD.

AND I'M BEGINNING TO LIKE HOT MOCHA INSTEAD.
Just finished watching Love Actually.
Was touched by some of the stories inside.
Overall, a good movie with quite impressive storylines and scenes. =)
