Parents out for honeymoon cruise trip to Redang (where i've been wanting to go badly) and brother out with gf to USS. I'm always left alone these days, can't help but feel emptiness beginning to fill me up once again, no matter how happy i try to be.

At my age, friends are mostly attached, planning to get married, or even married, starting a family.

I don't want to grow old all alone, like my senior colleagues.
They have no one to talk to when they feel troubled, and i really feel sorry for them.
It's just too much to handle all alone.
Scary.
But what if i'm destined to be single?
It'll probably be my fate, but i really don't want this to happen to me.

Someone said to me before, that i'm a nuisance and ask me to stop bothering.

And that someone also said to me before, that i'm not pretty; and i always know that.

I know my limits.

That's the reason why i've been keeping a distance to male friends, in terms of communication.
I always try to be as cautious as possible, afraid that i'll hear similar comments again.

I don't know whether it's due to the bad experience i had been through before, that it becomes hard for people to open up my heart and accept them.

I'm sorry if i always seem to be very courteous, and sound distant.

It's definitely unintentional.

Maybe it's time for me to open my heart to somebody, though i still have the phobia of getting hurt again.

Wishing all my dearies a Merry Christmas! Hope everyone has enjoyed their day. As for me, i'm enjoying this day by spending my time sleeping the whole day today! Haha. Yes, this is probably my christmas wish for this year; to just stay at home and not doing anything at all but sleep. It really felt great with the rainy weather! Now that i totally recharged and all my tiredness gone, i can finally sit down in front of my computer for some blogging time! Hee.

So many things have happened during the past few months, such as my tioman trip (went during the beginning of August), Hong Kong trip (in Mid November) and birthday etc. So as usual, i'm going to use photos for the updates. Tata!

Went past Suntec City with besties some time in August and happened to see the most number of tanks in my life. They looked really cool!



Had a dinner with my ex boss one night when i happened to bump into her after work.
And she treated me to a lobster buffet! That was the first time i was eating a whole lobster all by myself!
However, there isn't any news about her since she had left the bank. Really hope she's doing fine.

My favourite hangout whenever i feel like going somewhere with not much crowd.
And it'll be City Square Mall!
Love going to this restaurant for a meal! The food is quite good and really cheap!
You'll never spent more than $20 per person and you can get to try a variety of food.



Squid Ink spagetti can really make you look like a monster.
Warning: Don't ever eat this in front of your opposite sex!

Brought my parents to Orchard some time ago since they kept complaining that they haven't been to those newly opened malls. Treated them ramen for dinner as well.

Was walking along the lane outside Central mall and saw the decorations for Lantern Festival.
The scenery was really beautiful, but it'll be even nicer if i had someone by my side to walk around at that moment.

The food tasted so korean though. Love it lots!


Some "Happiness Tea" to try if it can really make me happy.
Yes, it's really called the Happiness Tea. Ordered this when i had lunch in a Japanese ramen restaurant in Raffles City mall.

Their ramen is quite authentic.


And this plate of shells is called "Gong Gong".
So will i really become stupid/gong if i eat them?
I hope i didn't.


Had dinner at this restaurant for Melvin and his gf's birthday celebration.
Interesting place for a meal.







Went for a drink after the meal till late at night.


Bought this wallet in Venetian Macau as a birthday gift for myself this year.
It's about $100 plus cheaper than buying in Singapore.
Loves* - it's my first branded purchase.


Besties bought this for me during my birthday.

Had a feast in Swensen's before i headed to school for a boring lecture.



Frienzie treated me dinner at a restaurant in Sentosa on the same day after my lecture.

The ambience is good but the food is just normal.

Headed to Haagen Daz for some desserts as well.

And we had a warm steamboat dinner at besties's house last night to celebrate Christmas.
It was really a feast with lots of food.
A big thank you to besties's mum for preparing these.

We chatted, had fun and watched movie at besties's house till 1am before taking a stroll back home with yp. This is also partly the reason why i need to rest the whole day today. Hee.

And last but not least, some cosmetics and skincare products i've bought recently to try. =D
I've finally finished using these three products: L&S essence (bought from Korea), Shiseido emulsion & The Face Shop eye serum. All these three are quite good, but since i wanna try other brands, i didn't continue using these now.


Here's my current skincare products i'm using:
Bought this eye serum at Chinatown when the shop was having 40% off for this brand.
Really a good deal to buy!
The texture is not sticky and it absorbs quickly into the skin.
Overall a great product for the price i paid. ($17!)


Since i've finished using my Shiseido range, i've switched to Hada Labo products as i need to save money for my school fees.


Overall, these Hada Labo products really amaze me. Not only the total prices of their lotion, whitening milk and essence cost the price of only one bottle of Shiseido product, the effects are just as good. My skin feels so moisturised whenever i applied all three.
And the Cleaning Express facial wash is the best make-up remover that i've ever used. It not only removes make-up fast, it moisturises my skin as well and most importantly, it's cheap! Think i'll just stick to this brand forever.

Some cosmetics bought recently:
Coffret D'or blusher & Dior High Addict lipstick.
Bought these two because of their pretty packaging. Just can't get my eyes off them.

MAC loose powder and eyeliner in coffee brown.
The eyeliner is really soft and smooth to apply.


Bought these in Hong Kong since you can't find them in Singapore.
Jill Stuart lip balm (the packaging is really pretty!) and H&M christmas eye palette.

Best BB cream ever!

Korres body butter and lip balm at 20% discount. The products are quite similar to the Body Shop but they definitely have better quality. That's why they're more expensive which i think is worth the money.


Koji eyelash curler and MAC sharpener.
